Digital Books and Digital Guidebook

All digital products in my collection are final sale.
Your file is delivered instantly and becomes yours the moment it is opened which means refunds or cancellations cannot be issued.
If you ever experience difficulty accessing your digital book or guidebook my team will gladly assist you until everything is working smoothly.

Consultant and Author Coaching Sessions

All sessions with me are final sale as each appointment is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to reschedule you are welcome to do so one time with a full twenty four hour notice.
A missed session without notice is considered completed.

CSJ Luxury Handbags

Each CSJ handbag is designed as a limited edition piece and crafted to be cherished.
All handbag purchases are final sale.
If your bag arrives damaged or defective please contact customer care within forty eight hours of delivery with clear photos or video and we will review the matter with care.
If approved a replacement or store credit may be offered.
Normal wear from daily use is not considered a defect.

Pre Orders

Pre orders allow you to secure your place for exclusive limited edition releases.
All pre orders are final sale and cannot be canceled.
Should your item arrive damaged please reach out within forty eight hours of receiving it so we may assist you.

Shipping for Handbags

Handbags are shipped through trusted carriers.
If a package is delayed lost or marked delivered without being received please contact the carrier directly to begin an investigation.
My team will guide you through the process however refunds cannot be issued for shipping delays.

Exchanges

At this time exchanges are not available for digital products consultant sessions or luxury handbags.
